Shipping & Returns

We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order.

Shipping fees & delivery times

Shipping in the EU is free for all orders over €80. For international orders or orders below €80, we charge a flat shipping fee:

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for orders within the EU. For international orders, customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as it was first shipped, with all tags attached.
• The item must be returned no later than 30 days after delivery.
  

To return an item, send an email to info@sillybaboon.com and indicate the following:

• Name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return

A refund will be issued once we have received the item. This may take 10 to 15 business days. 

Exchanges

You must return your order first. Once your refund has been issued, you can place a new order.
