If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@sillybaboon.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order is processed.

Yes! We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for orders within the EU. For international orders, return shipping and any duty costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@sillybaboon.com with your name, order number, product name, and reason for return.

Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your order first. Once your refund has been issued, you can place a new order.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once it’s being processed and prepared for shipping, we’ll send you another update so you know it’s on its way.

Our garments are made in a family-run factory in Portugal, and our pendants are produced in China.
